i do believe the steam acount is a fully activated registered account though
so if you're serious about eve then use the referral system of your steam acount to register and refer an actual eve account, use the 14 day period to train as much as you can and when the trail is over and you need to pay 15 dollars for the new account, your steam account will be gifted with a plex that you can do whatever you want with
either use it on the new account or use it to register a second new account
