you also need a large amount of rhodok sharpshooters to be effective, crossbowmen are a unit of force
unstoppable in high numbers, but not as effective in small parties
you need a party size of atleast 110 for them
i also find on most occasions that your elite NPC party is enough to suffice on pretty much everything, just NPC's and sharpshooters
the screenshot was taken very early where i have about 20 swadian knights long with the bulk of my army
this many swadian knights is overkill,
at most you only need a small handful of about 4 or 5 to tag along with your NPC calvary
with the rest being sharpshooters
