Subject: RE: Think I should get Dragon Age: Inquisition?

The MMO simulator, as I found out, simulates an MMO. The chat is simulated. Other players are simulated. It's fairly interesting.

You spawn as a goat in a stock MMO fantasy village, where you start picking up idiotic fetch quests. The world is pretty large, with areas for standard fantasy races -- elves, dwarves, etc. The quests continue to be idiotic.

The combat is even more idiotic, with easy but constantly respawning enemies. You can keep killing them forever if you wish, or you can do something else forever, like headbutt crates, lick things, or just stand there. One of the jokes is that you get XP for everything. As you level up, you get meaningless unlocks and an occasional silly ability. It's all a massive waste of time, which is another joke.

I got to level 14 and was starting to look pretty toney in my goat-magician outfit. Then I completed a quest for Dumblebore the Gray, who rewarded me with a portal to a great treasure. I stepped through the portal and ended up on a sort of asteroid throne area in space with no way to get back. Game over.
