The screenshot shows that I'm level 10. Apparently, for stepping through the portal, you get 4 levels subtracted and lose everything in your inventory. Oh, and you can't get back. Did I mention that you can't get back? Getting back is not an option.
QUESTION: Sim, can you get back?
ANSWER: No.
