All my achievements have been accidental. I got them for doing everything and nothing.
If you've been looking for a chance to throw away $5, this is it. They should have put in a "Bought Goat Simulator on Sale" achievement with a flushing toilet icon. Given Coffee Stain's self-deprecating sense of humor, I'm surprised they didn't do this.
I'm also surprised by how much work they put into what amounts to a huge, ambitious joke. The main game has all kinds of incidental, environmental, and physics gags. The MMO has moments of inspired hilarity -- the chat window, some of the "players'" names, the way some players appear to be victimized by lag (rubber-banding), various gold-farming jokes, etc. It really is a masterpiece of trolling.
