I will defer to th4t1guy's knowledge of Gigabyte boards. I've used a couple and they seem all right, though they have a habit of giving weird TMPIN readings in some software.
Not really sure why you need that honking power supply if you're going with a 750 Ti. I don't think they even require 6-pin connectors. For not a whole lot more money, you could go with a Radeon 270x or even a 280, which would run most games at pretty decent settings (assuming 1080p) and justify the power supply. The 750 Ti is adequate for things like L4D, but some creative budgeting would put you in a whole 'nother category.
