With 4 Tal Rasha pieces (or the equivalent) you get a free meteor shower every 8 seconds. The damage type is dependent on what you most recently cast -- fire, arcane, etc. This has some amusing effects. It's true that meteors are often wasted on stray trash mobs and pots, but a single concentrated arcane meteor HURTS, especially if an armor item or offhand has added meteor damage. The nice thing is that you don't have to waste a slot on meteors. I could get used to this.
