rome would just show up with two thousand armed men, i assure you they were really the first to do this, before any history of the levant and before greece even... things used to be much smaller back then. a HUGE hurdle of ancient civilization was the fact that chaos would ALWAYS ensue when people got together. but not rome. each ancient empire was much smaller than you know
nobody would band together or even knew what joining together was. it was quite stupid
i assure you. rome literally invented this
oh, and china... but they dont count because they are like a different species of human on another planet
