the combination of legacy CoH armor + artic armor with fast regen and those few added buff intensity nodes will solidify the build into something that would probably be considered unfair and nerfed at some point
the beauty is no one is running this build, so i may be able to get away with it... everyone is stuck with a single track mind on flashy, trendy shit like discharge or whatever melee/leapslam shit
i feel like i have some mystical advantage. its awesome
