legacy cod has 10% more dmg taken from mana ontop of the 30% "mind over matter" perk
with the hand caster build, shes running the battery keynode which gives a massive boost in mana, which in turn jacks up the base regen rate, which in turn supports the arctic armor buff which burns crazy mana
and the arctic armor buff is also being boosted by passives which increase buff strength
so a combination of legacy CoD and arctic armor is pretty pimp
non legacy CoD would be negating 30% of all incomming dmg to mana, as where legacy does 40%
