You have to keep in mind that these high-tier GR groups are very fiddly and cohesive. They spend a lot of time developing the very best team effects. Their mantra is "efficiency." I don't know why they put so much time and effort into this except maybe to get records in Seasons. There's nothing else to do, really. They have all the gear they're going to get. They have literally billions in gold.
I think this has nothing to do with the rest of us, so here in Reality Land, barbs and wizards are fine.
