of course the ultimate goal is running a rattlesnake with gallente/caldari BS @ 5
a rattlesnake with full bonuses will output DPS on a scale as if you had 7.5 launchers mounted in highpower slots (even though you only have 5 mounted), which is very close to the full 8
but the tradeoff is those added shield resists, which are uber
so for 0.5 sacrifice in launcher mountings, you get +20% all res in shields, which is the most valuable combat recourse in the game
lets not pretend estamils adaptive shield hardener is not the most valuable item
and the kicker with running the scorpion is dat +275% sentry drone dmg
all in all, probably best ship for nullsec fuckery
