amarr is literally meme-tier
those who fly amarr have absolutely no fucking clue how the game works
the ONLY purpose for training amarr would be to fly stratios, which is also a meme tier ship i would fly just for looks
sure, its actually useful for "exploration", but lets not pretend that training anything other than pure combat related skills is worth it.
