nothing is imbalanced
the entire game cant be in low or null sec because there would be no safezone and the entire world would be a shitty mad max clone
higsec missions are for people who lose everything and need to start up again and have a special highsec agent ship they use to grind isk
the low/null sec bounties and drops are perfect, you cant base everything on the direct risk value of losing your ship or everything would be overpriced and that is not a real risk anymore
yeah black ops looks neat, but im sure a gang of 3 or 4 golems in fleet pretty much wins the game against everything
everything short of being outnumbered 4 to 1
or up against a similar fleet of golems
