I have found a rather amusing build for the wizard. I won't go into all the details, but basically it lets me teleport
into
swarms of enemies, render them helpless, and splatter them with meteors. I have a wand that lets me teleport without a cooldown, so if my health is threatened, I can be gone instantly. Elites are vaporized faster than ever.
