Apples and oranges, but my D3 wiz has about 680,000 Vit, about 6800 armor, resistances of about 2000 (with Prismatic shield), and about 1.2 million DPS. The DPS is misleading since this is sheet damage, meaning that it only shows certain contributors like weapon and other assorted damage. It doesn't count the colossal additives, like 75% added fire dmg, the effects of Focus/Restraint, and other things. She's doing constant crits, you know. Also, the set perks do very rude things. Firebird, for instance, applies 3000% fire dmg and keeps burning until monsters die.
I don't know how my wiz would translate into your PoE world. Probably not very well at lvl 70 and above. It seems to me that you need a great deal of damage mitigation, and she would probably come up a bit short.
