This is the wrong part of the hardware cycle to upgrade. Nothing really new has been released for a while, so hardware is on the tail-end of a high price range. You'd be better off waiting until next year when chipsets are released that can make better use of ddr4 and you have geforce 1k/R400 to choose from. Once that stuff comes out, you'll see current hardware depreciate quickly.
