anyway, i dont think ILA is taking my advice.
i told him what points to spend on attributes, but he made some comment about VATS targeting being for pussies, meaning he probably didnt invest 8 points into agility.
all the numbers i gave him were for a reason.
agility really comes into play with rocket boosting, which uses a huge amount of AP.
and rocket boosting is just one of many necessities for proper gameplay.
it really gets you places you cant reach on foot, and there are thousands of them.
