BoS patrols
the game will get silly all over your ass
let me tell you, i have been in some ultra heated battles. the best out of any single player experience.
they mostly happen when i fast travel to a location, on a railroad radiant quest. i will pop right into gunners, fighing super mutants fighting BoS fighting you, and the action is wild. and funny quirks happen so often. quirks that are genuine from design and not purposely built flaws (i noticed some of those too). Fo4 is genuinely 9/10, but its a very strange 9/10. its a 9/10 that toys with you, maybe fingers you in an unsuspecting way, then after months of reflection you come to find that you actually like it
i always manipulate the gameworld in a way where i can determine if the game is "worthy" and the game always responds masterfully.
