If I could revise the preceding reply, I would not repeat "unexamined" in the first sentence. I would also precede "government agency" with the definite article "the" so as to avoid looking like one of those Eastern European people who post on forums for long-defunct games. I hope you'll go back and re-read the post while mentally inserting these changes. This shouldn't interfere too much with other mental things you might have going.
