dumping my 4790k
i must have gotten the shittiest bin, or more likely intel is full of shit
benchmarks on my system are lower than average, everything is running tip-top perfect.
i just don't like the feel of this processor. honestly, its not much different than my e8400 form 2008. in fact, i really think my e8400 is better.
checking out xeons on ebay, i can pick up a pair of 8core 20mb xeons for for half the cost of a single 4790k. thats TWO octo core xeons for half the price of a single fucking nigger intel ripoff CPU
im reading a lot into server motherboards, and you really don't even need to occupy both sockets anymore, one is enough, but i can't resist the urge for installing two, for 16 xeon cores!
on a side note, i also figured out how to properly ground two PSUs in tandem. which was the reason preventing you from connecting two different components on the same bus, connected to different power supplies.
i actually figured this out by recently looking into softmodding a classic xbox using the IDE hot-swap
but anyway, im looking for th4t1guys opinion on this
and perhaps to convince him in dumping the intel scam shit while used 4790k prices are still good
