Before you start, let me stipulate a few things:
1. I don't want used or open-box parts.
2. I don't want somebody's old computer on eBay.
3. I don't have anything: no monitor, speakers, OS, anything.
4. I don't want a pirated OS. If WoW works on Lunix, okay.
