1.) he can afford it
2.) he lives in a house filled with other hardware junkies who have the hardware spending habbit of meth abusers who dump dumptrucks of cash on shitty over priced fail hardware so they can play valve games that you can run maxed out on even the shittiest of net-tops. who look upon people not having a nitrogen cooled octo crossfire 4870x10 dual 30inch monitors dual quad i7 36 raid 9 SSD array as homeless filth.
