The cheapest card I know of that can encode DD Live is the Xtreme sound (SUPAR XTREEEMEEE SOUND D0000D!!!!!1~) by Diamond, it's about 50 bucks in most places. The problem is you need to use reference Cmedia drivers because the Diamond ones are Xtreme shit.
