I'm not sure, but I think Denzel is named something other than Chris.
This is probably a good thing, because there is only one Chris, and his name is Yul Brynner. Chris doesn't work like James Bond. You don't cast somebody new every ten years to play Chris.
Okay, Lee Van Cleef was a pretty good Chris in one sequel. But Denzel? Probably not.
