The Blood forum is much like one of those apocalyptic cults where the cult leader makes promises about how the World is going to end on such and such date, and as his promises never come true, everyone leaves the cult except for the most fanatical adherents who will accept any excuse for the world not ending and uhhh this is a really stupid analogy.
