strange thing about that video
the enemy vampire who spawned is the only underleveled creature i have encountered in my entire 100+ hour game. typically things that wield magic in my game kill in 1 or 2 hits.
that dawnguard DLC vampire who spawned was stuck at level 10 for a custom DLC event in relation to the quest i just did.
