i would play grim dawn, but they nerfed my fucking build within 3 days after the final version released.
can you possibly understand how infuriating this is? to be on the forfront of a fresh new game that you managed to never play, nor even look at any significant gameplay footage longer than a few secs. you have this hand made character you poured hours of love and effort into, who is kicking ass, then all of a sudden someone decides this one specific build is too much for the game, and everyone needs to be forced to accept serious stat changes.
they treat the final version like some beta where they can just assign mandatory changes through forced updates, as if they didn't have several years to do this already. the game had been in beta for ages. literally YEARS of time to balance these things out before release. its not like i was exploiting a glitch or anything like that either. they have no fucking right to just nerf a proper game build you meticulously studied for.
it wasn't even that strong. it was good but it wasn't something that deserved some kind of special attention and radical game change.
