What ILA said. Defender in Wind 8 and 10 has improved dramatically. McAfee was conceived in sin and brought forth in iniquity. Also, Malware Bytes doesn't interfere with Defender and vice-versa. Who knows about McAfee and AdAware AV?
Also, use something like Firefox with AdBlock Plus and Web of Trust. This will help more than McAfee.
