lets do some basic math on my scorpion navy issue tank.
1300hp per capacitor charge to replenish my shield, with 160 charges being held in my cargo bay. my shield with the lowest resistance (thermal) is at 81%, so to simply the math we will just use 80% for all resistances.
so i have (1300hp x 160) + 13,000 base shield hp
now multiply that by 80% :^)
