Notice the Gogok of Swiftness legendary gem in the girl's amulet. This is a seriously underrated gem and I don't know why more people don't use it. Attack speed is through the roof (which is great for signature skills -- people worry too much about resource cost and spenders) . . . and . . . AND . . . look at the cooldown perk. This combined with the Dawn cubed weapon = uber uptime on Vengeance, which is basically god mode.
This toon is going to be a monster.
