a proper rebalance would be that simple AI tweek that makes everyone go apeshit all over you, like that small mod in skyrim
+ monsters dont drop guns
+ weapons and key crafting items for weapons are in set loations, hand placed + better weapons = more difficult to obtain + not ruining game balance
+ its dark
+ you have a flashlight
