Anyway, just in case you were wondering,
the tune being sung throughout the song in the wonderful movie I posted, in which I'm assuming is titled "By the waterfall", is referring to sex.
Waterfalls were a place people used to have sex in during the late 19th century right up into the 40's.
Niagra falls got it's fame as a couples destination for having sex in.
Of course this was back when America used to actually be cultured.
