Elisif the Fair
i cannot find any prospect of her having an affair with unlfric stormcloak.
this would be so lush and juicy
it would have to be hidden deep in the most faint of clues, which would then lead to some real evidence.
both ulfric and elsif know their affair is very dangerous and serious, so its obviously held as top secret information which none can find
elsifs court is also tainted by a vampire. sybille stentor, who is also wrapped in a mystery of her own. she is the strangest character in skyrim for various reasons. she goes to sleep forever after you kill the ghost of potema, there is no reason for this. its not explained anywhere and it just happens as is. but there are other mysteries surrounded around her too. you would have to look them up.
this would make perfect quest material.
