I don't think they really care about Talos. They just want an excuse to be in Skyrim.
Sybille Stentor is weird, and the sleep thing after the Wolf Queen quest is weirder. This, however, does not mean that she is anything other than the widow of Torygg. She's patient and politically astute. She knows the value of General Tullius. That's all.
I am shocked -- shocked -- that you would imagine an affair with Ufric. She would be in a much better position staying out of any such affair.
She's just a clever royal widow who knows which way the wind blows.
