sugar is what fucks you up. believe me, its more dangerous than people think.
weed fixes that shit, but fucks up something else.
you can also self repair, but it involves a conscious effort which requires absolute silence, and many hours. its sort of like escaping yourself, but a single loud noise will totally ruin the whole process
