well im brainstorning as i go along, really

first i thought of having resorce gathering just as it is from wild mineral deposits and inddor mine locations,
then i brainstormed the idea of just modifying all the indoor mining locations to be owned by holds and require shit to access them

and also needing to obtain knowledge on how to mine each individual material
