Robotics Expert
Silent Running
Sniper
Center of Mass
Jury Rigging
Light Step
Concentrated Fire
Grim Reaper's Sprint
Nerves of Steel
Companion Perks
Enhanced Sensors (get from ED-E) -- this is the only really great one, imo.
I'm leaving out a lot that would probably be useful. You can figure out which ones would fit your situation. There are tons of other companion and challenge perks with the DLC, which I didn't buy.
