Subject: RE: I've made some important remarks

Both Robbaz and danny2462 are the go-to guys for KSP silliness.

I'm a big, big fan of KSP so my opinions are likely to be biased. During my years of playing it, it has become a hugely important game to me both for its entertainment as well as its educational value, I really do think it's one of the more important games that has been released in the past decade or so. That said, it's definitely not for everyone, there's no over-arching goal beyond being able to pull off a difficult task and saying "I did it" to yourself, and boy is the game full of difficult tasks. Eventually though, something clicks and you're suddenly perusing Amazon for books on orbital mechanics written by people who are about 50 times smarter than you.

I can also comment on Planet Coaster: It's a fine management sim with a very neato coaster editor, it also gets a lot of free content and is sufficiently deep that anyone can comfortably dump many hours into it. But it has a rather frustrating problem that's impossible to ignore in that when your park grows up to say, 500 to 600 guests, the game requires a Cray supercomputer to stay above 30 fps.

If you can overlook that, I'd say give it a try.
