my games collection is bordering 1000 games and is over 2tb.
its complete with mods, walkthroughs, and any-and-all information associated with games/mods through websites copied on local disk.
the 1000 games are strictly PC and this figure does not include my complete MS DOS collection, or any consoles and retro computer systems.
Personally, I most enjoy exploring the DOS collection. It's very easy with a frontend. Forgot the name of this frontend but it allows you to just drag and drop a 7z file directly onto the face of the program and it magically launches the game in dosbox without any effort.. It's too damn easy, and there are tons of hidden DOS gems.
Also, there is a Youtube video of MetalJesusRocks who recently came up on a MAJOR PC score of hundreds of pristine boxed games from 89-99.
He supposedly payed 75$ for this collection which has a value of 50 fucking K
