ordinator perks overhaul goes extremely well with all of this too,
much of my overhauling plans are centered around it. there is a much greater demand for skillpoints, which you can fulfill in other ways, through converting dragon souls into skill points, but
other things tie together well too, with unforeseen bonuses, such as how you can't use 2h unless you really build up your heavy armor skill, because you really need a shield to absorb damage.
which gave me the idea to have heavy armor at 100 to unlock 2h
