well, now that i have given fo4 some more thought,
it would probably do well with proper end-game content too
bethesda seems to have a habbit of fleshing their games out at level 80 with nothing strive for once the main quest has ended.
you can actually make proper quests or levels, or goals to obtain which would require the best character skills and gear, and even take this further
