I anticipate the following questions: "Sim, why are you building a Brohood settlement, full of Bros? Why not use regular settlers? Doesn't the Brohood have its own facilities?"
1. Yes, the Brohood is well-provisioned in the Commonwealth and everywhere they go, but if you look carefully at the airport, you'll observe that they make poor use of the location. Mostly, they seem to store a lot of boxes and vending machines there, and of course it's the construction site for Liberty Prime, but otherwise it's a muddle. They seem to occupy it for the sake of occupation. Their actual living quarters are on board the Prydwen, and if you look at that thing, you wonder how all those soldiers can sleep, eat, etc. on a blimp, especially since there aren't nearly enough beds or provisions to support that idea. Ergo, they need at least one proper barracks.
2. I have enough regular settlers. I think there are something like 32 settlements, each with about 22 people. I see a chance to do something for the Brohood, so I'm taking it.
3. The Brohood is cool. They really are the best faction in FO4. I don't know why people dislike them. They're full of honor, courage, discipline, and other important-sounding words. There should be a fortress worthy of them.
