Also, Oberland Station continues to "lose" resources like beds, water, power, etc. The resources don't actually disappear. The game just bugs out somehow and thinks they're gone. You fix it by going to the settlement and opening the build menu, which resets everything. It wouldn't be a problem except that the settler happiness level is reduced for real. I can't ignore it or I'll eventually lose Oberland.
This is a game bug which Bethesda has never fixed. It happens whether you have mods or not at settlements in relatively close proximity to one another. For example, if you build at both Sanctuary and Red Rocket, you'll encounter this. Same with the Castle and Spectacle Island. It has something to do with how near one place is to the other. Eh well, go Beth.
