How, you may ask, can a settlement have a happiness rating in the mid- to high-80s when settlers walk into ponds and drown or fall from catwalks and break their legs? I don't know. Ask Todd.
Okay, okay. They don't really do all that -- not for long anyway. I fix that sort of thing. Yes, I fix it. I, me, I'm the one who makes things work. Not Todd. You should ask him anyway.
