Subject: RE: Recent Conquest builds

Even though I have no hope of making a mod, I want to contribute in some meaningful way to the mod community. In this spirit, I'm working on a generic FAQ model so that authors will have a proper template. Here is my first draft:

----------------

1. Explain the need for your mod. Examples include: a lack of weapons that shoot meteors, the small number of mods that make radiation storms more frequent, and the fact that no one has made the perfect bigger boobs mod.

2. Ask users to give you feedback on something you uploaded as fast as you could. (Ignore this feedback if it doesn't praise you.)

3. At least give the appearance that English is your third language.

4. Apologize for your English, even if you're a native speaker.

5. Promise fixes in future patches, but never be specific about a timeline. Phrases like "when I get around to it" or "as soon as I can buy a new computer" are often serviceable.

6. Use up several bullet points repeating the warning users that they must uninstall the mod at a chem station, but never mention the holotape they need to find in order to get started.

7. Add lots of updates for two weeks, then explain that you will no longer support your mod on Bethesda.net because you're protesting the Creation Club. Refer users to nexusmods.org. Provide one more update on nexusmods.org, find a girlfriend, and mysteriously disappear.
