Ford GT won 24hrs of Le Mans*
*In the LM GTE class consisting of 13 cars, 4 of them being a Ford GT. The competitors were driving cars such as Corvette C7R, Porsche 911RSR, Aston Martin Vantage GTE, and the Ferrari 488GTE. None of those being Japanese (but Toyota did win in the top-tier LMP1 class). The only real notable car is probably the RSR since it's a substantial departure from all previous 911s. At any rate, Aston Martin won the European Le Mans series in its class. The Ford GT is pretty cool, tho.
