Still, I have my priorities. My company comes first. I don't always use the best gear if it would benefit someone else in my party. My company is my fortress. While another lord might put a skill point into Weapon Master or Power Draw, I choose Surgery or Tactics. If they're doing well, I'm doing well. They come first. What I get, I share with them. If they have better armor or a better weapon than me, so be it. This is leadership.
