RE: Warband Update
Since all this activity started up, I've had difficulty maintaining Very High or Excellent morale. At first, I was mystified. I only have about 84 guys, and our food variety isn't that bad. I stay in battles as often as possible. I couldn't figure it out. Then I looked at my morale report (duh) and noticed that there's an element related to the faction origins of my men. Only the marksmen are Vaegirs. Everyone is is a Swadian, a Nord, etc. Naturally, this part of the formula had huge negative numbers because my guys are technically fighting their homeboys.
It's not a thing, really. Everybody cheers up when we win the bigger battles. I just have to be more suicidal.
