When I say "exclusively mounted," I mean, of course, something in the neighborhood of 60 mounted units with four or five Vaegir and Nord recruits in tow for rapid training purposes. Once they covert into Vaegir Archers and Nord Veteran Warriors, I'll drop them off at the castle and start the process again. When I get the numbers I want, I'll take the Archers and Veterans on tour until they become Marksmen and Huscarls. So for a long time I won't be a truly zero-foot army, but the cavalry will always far out-populate the infantry/archers, which until now was not the case.
